School - PTU

This tutorial was written by Twilight on 8/7/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental. 

SUPPLIES:

Tube: I'm using the beautiful art of IDontDoHumans. Buy it at Artistic Reality Talent

ScrapKit: I am using a PTU ScrapKit called "School Days" by Ditzy Dezignz. Buy it at Artistic Reality Talent

Mask of Choice: WSL Mask218 HERE

-Paper 1

-Frame 1

-Paper 4

-School

-School Bus

-Bow 4

-Lunch Bag

-Backpack

-Ruler

-Glue

-Science book

Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "Paper 1" as a new layer

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk

Find WSL_Mask218 and select it

Hit Load

Merge Group

Copy/Paste "Frame 1" as a new layer

Magic Wand - Select inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "Paper 4" as a new layer UNDER the frame

Selections - Invert - Delete

Don’t deselect yet

Copy/Paste the "School" AND your tube as a new layer

Arrange them inside the frame

Hit Delete

Add a drop shadow to the frame

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "School Bus" as a new layer

Put it on the bottom right side of the frame

Copy/Paste "Bow 4" as a new layer

Place at the top of the frame (see my tag)

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "Lunch Bag" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place in front of the bus to the right

Copy/Paste the "Backpack", "Ruler", "Glue", and "Science Book" as a new layer

Resize all of them by 50%

Arrange them on the right side of the tag (See mine)

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize and place on the left of tag (if it's like mine and long, put it behind the backpack, ruler, glue and book, but in front of the bus)

Drop Shadow

Crop/Resize

Add your name and Copyright info and you're done!
