RN: Really Naughty - PTU

This tutorial was written by Twilight on 8/6/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.  

NOTE: If you get confused at any time, you can use my tag for reference!

SUPPLIES: 

Tube: I'm using a PTU tube by Jose Cano. Buy it at Scraps and the City

ScrapKit: Mine is a PTU kit called "Dr. Feel Good" by TammyKat. Buy it at Pimp My Tags W/ Scraps

Mask of Choice: I'm using WSL_Mask192. Get it HERE

Wordart: Naughty Nurse WordArt by Vicky. Get it HERE

Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "redcross-paper" as a new layer

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Find WSL_Mask192 and hit load

Merge Group

Copy/Paste "frame3" as a new layer

 Magic Wand - Select Inside the frame

Copy/Paste "emergencypaper" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Selections - Invert

Hit Delete

Deselect

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Place it over the frame to your liking

I took my selection tool and select the bottom part of the frame down to where my tube ended and deleted the bottom part of my tube so it looks like she's standing in the frame

Copy/Paste "hospital" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Drag behind the left side of the frame

Add drop shadow

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "blackribbon1" as a new layer under your tube

Resize 90%

Put it at the top of the frame (see my tag)

Copy/Paste "medicalbag" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Put it on the bottom left side of the frame

Copy/Paste "thermostat" as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place on the right side of bag

Copy/Paste "blkwhite-pill" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 20 degrees to the left

Place it on the bottom right corner of the bag

Copy/Paste "redwhite-pill" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 20 degrees to the Right

Place it on the bottom left corner of the bag

Copy/Paste "stethoscope" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 20 degrees to the right

Place on the right side of tag

Copy/Paste "heart1" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the bottom right corner of the frame

Copy/Paste the "RN" Word as a new layer

Move to the bottom center of tag

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

New Raster layer under the wordart

Flood fill white

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise

-Random 

-27% 

-Monochrome Checked 

Deselect 

Add a drop shadow

Crop/Resize your tag

Add your name and copyright info
