Punked - PTU

 

This tutorial was written by Twilight on 8/4/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.  

Supplies Needed:

Tube: I'm using the art of Elias Chatzoudis. www.elias-design.gr  

ScrapKit: I'm using a PTU kit called "Bad Ass Punk" by Stu from Creative Crazy Scraps. Get it HERE 

Font: I'm using Rage Italic

Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "ccs-e26" as a new layer

Copy/Paste "ccs-e36" as a new layer

Copy/Paste "ccs-e33" as a new layer

With your Magic Wand, click inside all four frames

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "ccs-papers11" as a new layer under the frame

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

Deselect

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Duplicate 4 times.

Hit the original.

Drag the duplicates under the frame

Magic Wand - Click inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Arrange your tube the way you like

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

REPEAT for the other 3 frames

Add drop shadow to the frame

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "ccs-e30" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place it on the bottom right corner

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "ccs-e16" as a new layer

Resize 60% twice

Place it on the bottom left corner

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "ccs-e5" as a new layer

Resize 80% twice

Drag it below the bear and cupcake layers, over the bottom of the frame

Drop shadow

Copy/Paste "ccs-e27" as a new layer

Resize 50% twice

Drag it under the cupcake (see my tag)

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "ccs-e14" as a new layer under the bear

Resize 50%

Place on the right side of the frame

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "ccs-e8' as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place in the top left corner of the frame

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Put it in the center of the tag

Drop Shadow

Crop and resize.

Add your name and copyright info and you're done!
