Delete any credits

On "Raster 4"

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 12" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Crop your tag

Add Drop shadow to the paper

V&H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Delete Raster 4

On the "6" layer

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 21" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Crop your tag

Add Drop shadow to the paper

Delete the 6 layer

On "Raster 3"

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Add a new raster layer

Flood fill with a color from the kit

I used: #ff19cc

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add noise:

Random

43%

Monochrome checked

Drop Shadow

Delete Raster 3

Repeat with "Raster 2" except change the color to:

Delete Raster 2

On the "5" layer

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 2" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Crop your tag

Add Drop shadow to the paper

Delete the 5 layer

On the "4" layer

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 10" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Crop your tag

Add Drop shadow to the paper

Delete the 4 layer

On the "3" layer

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 16" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Crop your tag

Add Drop shadow to the paper

Delete the 3 layer

On the "2" layer,

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 5" as a new layer

Selections - Invert  - Delete

Copy/Paste Close up  as a new layer

Arrange inside frame and Hit Delete

Deselect

Delete the 2 layer

On the "1" layer

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Paper 4" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Crop your tag

Add Drop shadow to the paper

Delete the "1" layer

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Doodle" as a new layer

Resize 80% and place at the top of the template

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Flame" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Drag it behind the frame layers and to the left

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Splatter" as a new layer

Move to the top right corner

Duplicate

Move the duplicate to the top left corner

Merge these two layers

Duplicate

Image - Flip

Move to the bottom

Merge the two splatter layers

Drag them under the template

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Frame 1" as a new layer over the left circle layer

Resize 70% and drag over the left circle

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Heart" as a new layer

Resize 40%

Move over the top left corner of the frame

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Wordart" as a new layer

Resize about 80%

Adjust - Add Noise (Same as above)

Drop Shadow

Position in the bottom right corner

Drag above the splatter layer

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Ribbon" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place at the bottom of template

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Teddy" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Image - Mirror

Place on the bottom right corner

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Bottle" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the bottom left side of tag

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Bow 2" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 20 degrees to the right

Place at the top of the right circle

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place on the left side of tag

Copy/Paste "Kristin - No Drama Haterz - Sparkles" as a new layer

Crop/Resize your tag if needed.. I didn't need to

Add your name and copyright info and that's it!
