Template 66 by Aqua HERE

Open AR315_Template66

Shift+D

Close the original

Delete the credits layer

On both the Twirl layer and the twirl blur layer:

Adjust - Hue/Saturation - Colorize:

Hue: 136

Saturation: 116

Merge the two pink rectangles together

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "as_paper08" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

Crop the whole tag and give the paper drop shadow

Vertical & Horizontal: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Merge the grad rectangles together

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "as_paper02" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

On the Pink Circle

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Copy/Paste "as_paper12" as a new layer

Resize 80% twice.

Selections - Invert - Hit Delete

Crop the whole tag and give the paper drop shadow

Delete the original circle layer

On the Grad Circle

Selections - Select All

Selections - Float

Selections - Defloat

Adjust - Hue/Saturation - Colorize:

Hue: 136

Saturation: 116

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Add a drop shadow to the glitter backing

On the word art

Adjust - Hue/Saturation - Colorize:

Hue: 136

Saturation: 116

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds : Default Settings

Copy/Paste "as12" as a new layer and line the bottom up with the template on the right

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "as35" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Drag to the bottom layer

Copy/Paste "as83" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place to the right of the wordart

Copy/Paste "as84" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place to the right of the case

Copy/Paste "as82" as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place in front of the case

Copy/Paste "as81" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Put it on the left side of the template

Copy/Paste "as70" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Put it in front and at the bottom of the cupcake

Copy/Paste "as33" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 90 degrees to the right

Adjust - Sharpen

Copy/Paste "as45" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Put it at the top left corner

Copy/Paste "as37" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Put it at the top of the circle layers

Crop and resize

Add your name and copyright info and you're done!
