Urban Addiction
This tutorial was written by Twilight on 7/22/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.

What I did so there'd be less layers is.. I hid all the city layers and everything below it and merged visible. Then I hid the merged layer and did the same for everything below the city layers. Just made it easier for me lol

With City 2 and City 3 Hidden
Edit - Copy Merged

Paste as a new animation in animation shop

Back in PSP, Hide City 1 and Unhide City 2
Edit - Copy Merged
In animation shop - Paste after current  frame

Repeat with City 3

Click on your first frame in animation
Ctrl - A
Animation - Frame Properties - I set my display time to 20

I hope you enjoyed trying my tutorial! I'd love to see your results!
