Merge Group

Mirror the duplicate

Place one toward the left

Place the other toward the right, dragging it down just a little

Merge them together

Magic wand - select inside all four areas

Selections - Modify - Expand - 6

Drag under frame layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Deselect

Add a  drop shadow to frame

V Offset: 0

H Offset: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 3.00

Color: Black

Copy and paste Element (3) as a new layer

Place on the left side of frame

Copy and paste Element (82) as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place on the left side of frame

Place over the bottom of the frame

Drag below the frame and arrange inside the bottom of frame

Place it on the left behind the top tree

Copy and paste Element (22) as a new layer

Place so that it looks like there's a path on the grass and drag it down above the grass layer

Copy and paste Element (8) as a new layer

Resize by 60% twice

Drag above the wand layer and place on the left

Copy and paste Element (6) as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place above the sign layer in front of the sign

Copy and paste Element (44) as a new layer

Drag above the mushrooms layer

Place toward the bottom of tag

Copy and paste Element (53) as a new layer

Place on the right and drag above the path layer

Copy and paste Element (49) as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place on the bottom left

Copy and paste Element (68) as a new layer

Place toward the right side of tag

Copy and paste Element (24) as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Mirror (flip horizontal)

Place on the right middle of tag

Change the blend mode to screen

Copy and paste Element (28) as a new layer

Duplicate three times

Drag two of them to the bottom left and right (mirror one)

Drag the other two toward the top left and right (mirror one)

Merge these four layers and drag them to the bottom.

Add your tube. Resize.

Crop and resize tag

Add your copyright and name

You're done!
