Pirate - PTU

This tutorial was written by Twilight on 8/2/12. Any similarities to any other tutorials is purely coincidental.  

SUPPLIES:
Tube: I am using a PTU tube by Lidia Misfit. Buy it HERE 
ScrapKit: I am using a PTU ScrapKit called "GothicPirate" by WitchysHeart. Buy it HERE 

-WH-Sand
-WH-Frame#2
-WH-Paper#11
-WH-Pirate Flag#3
-WH-Pirate Ship#2
-WH-Skull and crossbones#3
-WH-Port Logs
-WH-Fire Pit
-WH-Palm Tree#2
-WH-Net
-WH-Raven


Open a new image  700 x 700
Copy/Paste "WH-Sand" as a new layer
Move it down a little
Duplicate and move the duplicate down a little further
Merge together
Duplicate - Image - Mirror (flip horizontal)

Copy/Paste "WH-Frame#2" as a new layer
Resize 70 Percent and place it over the sand.
Magic Wand - Select inside the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand - 4
Selections - Invert
Copy/Paste "WH-Paper#11" as a new layer under the frame
Hit Delete
Deselect

Add a Drop Shadow to the frame:
Vertical & Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 71
Blur: 3
Color: Black

Copy/Paste "WH-Pirate Flag#3" as a new layer
Resize 60%
Move to the left side of the frame
Add Drop Shadow (same as above)

Copy/Paste "WH-Pirate Ship#2" as a new layer
Resize 60% and place in front of the flagpole
Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "WH-Skull and crossbones#3" as a new layer
Resize 60% twice
Move to the bottom right corner of the frame
Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "WH-Port Logs" as a new layer
Resize 60%
Drag it under the crossbones layer and line the bottom up with the bottom of the frame
Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "WH-Fire Pit" as a new layer
Resize 60% twice
Place it in the center in front of the ship and crossbones

Copy/Paste "WH-Palm Tree#2" as a new layer
Resize 60% twice and place on the right side of the frame
Drag it behind the logs

Copy/Paste "WH-Net" as a new layer
Resize 60%
Drag it behind the sand and to the right
Duplicate
Move the duplicate to the left (See my tag)

Copy/Paste "WH-Raven" as a new layer
Resize 40%
Resize 70%
Image - Mirror
Move on top of the logs

Crop and Resize
Add your name and Copyright info.
And you're done!
