PTU Tutorial - Carlene

This tutorial was written my Miranda/Randi. Any resemblance to any other tag/tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not copy my tutorial and use it as your own. This tutorial was written using PSPX4.

SUPPLIES:

Tube by Ishika Chowdhury called "Carlene" which is available at ScrapsnCompany HERE

Please do not use without a proper license!

Matching Scrapkit "Carlene" by Blissful Designs also at ScrapsnCompany HERE   

Mask 9 from Vicky - TrueTagginLove - HERE

Font:  Vtks Beautiful Dreams HERE

Open a new image 700x700

Copy and Paste BD_CarleneElement (67) as a new layer.

Resize 80%

Move toward the top just a little.

Magic Wand Tool. Select inside the frame.

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy and Paste BD_CarlenePaper (8) as a new layer under frame.

Selections - Invert - Delete

Copy and Paste tube or closeup as a new layer under frame, over paper.

Place where you think it looks good.

Hit Delete.

Deselect.

I cropped the tag at this point so the drop shadow for the tube wouldn't show on edges of tag.

Add a drop shadow of choice to tube and frame.

I used these settings:

V&H Offset: 1 (a second for frame at -1 if you like)

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2.00

Color: Black

Set the blend mode of the tube to Luminance (L).

Copy and Paste BD_CarlenePaper (9) as a new layer below all the others.

New Mask Layer - Find Mask 9 and hit ok

Right Click on Mask layer - Merge Group

Move the mask layer toward the top of the canvas so that it's showing above frame.

Copy and Paste BD_CarleneElement (90) as a new layer above mask layer.

Duplicate.

Place each so they are shown on each side of the frame (see my tag)

Copy and Paste BD_CarleneElement (71) as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place on the bottom left side of tag.

Copy and paste BD_CarleneElement (73) as a new layer

Resize 80%

Image Mirror or Flip Horizontal

Place on the right bottom of the frame.

Copy and paste BD_CarleneElement (41) as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place on toward the top right side of frame.

Copy and paste BD_CarleneElement (49) as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place on the right side of frame (see my tag)

Copy and paste BD_CarleneElement (35) as a new layer

Resize 70%

Move to the right bottom of frame

Copy and Paste BD_CarleneElement (87) (the car) as a new layer

Resize 60% and place at the bottom in center of the frame.

Add dropshadow

Copy and Paste BD_CarleneElement (55) as a new layer

Drag below all the layers, above the frame layer.

Duplicate, Mirror (or flip horizonal)

Move the duplicate down a little.

I pasted my tube at this point and resized, placing her on the left

Copy and paste BD_CarleneElement (74) as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place on the bottom left of tag, somewhat behind tube.

Copy and paste BD_CarleneElement (59) as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place on the bottom right corner of tag

Crop and Resize your tag.

Add your copyright info and name and you're done!
