PTU - Timeless Memories

This tutorial was written my Miranda/Randi. Any resemblance to any other tag/tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not copy my tutorial and use it as your own. This tutorial was written using PSPX4.

SUPPLIES:

PTU kit: Timeless Memories by Jackie's Jewels. You can purchase this beautiful kit HERE

I'm using a tube by Barbara Jensen. You can purchase her art on her website HERE

Please do not use tubes without a license!

Font: Prestige Elite Std

PLUGINS: XERO Radiance

Open a new image 700x700

Copy and Paste JJS_95 as a new layer

Resize if needed (if you are working with a smaller canvas)

Copy and paste JJS_2 as a new layer

Resize 90%

Magic Wand - Select inside Frame

Modify - Expand - 4

Copy and Paste PP_12 as a new layer under frame layer

Selections - invert - Delete

Do not deselect

Grab your tube of choice.  (preferably one without legs)

I duplicated and mirrored (flip horizontal) before I copied and pasted.

Copy both original tube and mirrored and paste over the paper.

 Place one on the left, one on the right

Merge them together and hit delete

Select None

Change the blend mode to screen and the opacity to 75.

Add a drop shadow of choice to the frame.

Copy and Paste JJS_37 as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place on the left side of frame (the top of the chain toward the corner)

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste JJS_88 as a new layer

Move to the top left corner of frame

Add a drop shadow

Copy and paste JJS_76 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place over the top right corner of frame

Drop shadow

Copy and Paste JJS_84 as a new layer

I left it in the center where it pasted.

Copy and paste JJS_39 as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place on the bottom center of tag (see my tag)

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste JJS_18 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place over the bottom of the book

Copy and paste JJS_26 as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place on the right (see my tag)

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste JJS_43 as a new layer

Drag below the book layer (see my tag)

Copy and paste JJS_33 as a new layer

Resize 90%

Place on the bottom left of tag

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste JJS_34 as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place on the bottom right corner

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer

 (above previous layers)

Place in the center of frame

Xero - Radiance

I randomized until I found a setting I like (It's different for every tube)

Copy and paste JJS_40 as a new layer

Place over the bottom of tube

Copy and paste JJS_91 as a new layer

C rop and Resize

Add your copyright info

Add your name

That's it!
