and paste your tube as a new layer.

the number to 25
Duplicate
tube layer
Adjust
- Blur - Gaussian Blur - 5.00
Change
Blend Mode to Hard Light
Duplicate
tube layer
Adjust
- Blur - Radial Blur Default settings

the type to Ramndom
Hit
Ok
Change
Blend Mode to Soft Light
On
the original Muras copies tube layer

fireworks1, fireworks2, fireworks3, and fireworks4
Copy
and paste them as a new layer
Line
them up along the banner. Any order is fine.
Copy
and paste waves as a new layer
Move
to the left
Duplicate
- Image Mirror (or Flip horizontal)
Line
the flipped waves up with the edge of the other
Merge
down
Drop
Shadow:

Offset: 1

Offset: -2
Opacity:

Blur:

Color:
Black
And
then again, reversing the v&h offsets
Copy
and Paste my wordart and place on the left side
Copy
and paste your tube
Resize
if needed

on right side

and paste both sparkles and place them however you like
