PTU Back To School

This tutorial was written my Miranda/Randi. Any resemblance to any other tag/tutorial is purely coincidental.  Please do not copy my tutorial and use it as your own. This tutorial was written using PSPX4. Feel free to use my tags as a reference.

SUPPLIES:

I'm using a gorgeous tube by  Lysisange called "Back to School"

This tube has 5 awesome color layers. Buy it HERE

I'm using a Matching PTU kit by A Lil Mz Brainstorm "School Days" Buy it HERE

WSL_Mask252 HERE

NOTE: I add the following drop shadow to many of the elements

V Offset: 0

H Offset: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 3.00

Color: Black

Open a new image 700x700

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Paper as a new layer

Resize 80%

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Find WSL_Mask252

Hit ok

Merge Group

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (10) as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the left of desk on mask

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (22) as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place on top of the desk on the right side

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (7) as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place on the desk on the left side

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (75) as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the right

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (50) as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the right

Place on the bottom left, in front of chair

Copy and paste tube as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place toward the right

Resize 30%

Place in front of the bottom of tube

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (36) as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place on the bottom right

Resize 20%

Place on the bottom right

Resize 30%

Place on the left side of books (over tube)

Drop Shadow

Resize 30%

Place on the bottom right (to the left of chalk)

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (18) as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place on bottom left

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (33) as a new layer

Resize 10%

Place on the books on top of the desk

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (61) as a new layer

Resize 40%

Drag behind the chair layer and place on the floor

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (84) as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place on the bottom left (I had to move the broken pencil up some)

Drop shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (70) as a new layer

Resize 20%

Image - Free Rotate - Left 14.00

Place on the bottom left (drag behind the paper)

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (20) as a new layer

Drag behind tube layer

Resize 50%

Place to the left of tube

Drop Shadow

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (83) as a new layer

Resize 20%

Place between backpack and pen layers

Place on the left

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (11) as a new layer

Place toward the bottom of tag

Drop Shadow with these settings:

V: 2

H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 3.00

Color: Black

Ok

Drop Shadow again, but change the V to 0 and change H to 2.

Copy and paste LMB_SchoolDays_Element (99) as a new layer

Move up just a little so the top is just above mask layer

Crop and resize

Add your name and copyright info

You're done!
