Beware - PTU

SUPPLIES: Tube is by Jose Cano  His tubes are available at SATC

PTU Scrapkit called "Halloweenie" by Niqui's Designs

Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "nq-element 33" as a new layer

Magic Wand - Select inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "nq-paper 14" as a new layer under the frame

Selections - Invert = Delete

Don't deselect just yet.

Copy/Paste "nq-element 23" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place inside the top left corner of the frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "nq-element 18" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Arrange inside the left of the frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "nq-element 22" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Arrange on the right inside the frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "nq-element 3" as a new layer

Arrange toward the bottom inside the frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "nq-element 39" as a new layer

Place inside the frame

Hit Delete

Set the blend mode to Soft Light

Copy/Paste "nq-element 56" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Duplicate

Image - Mirror on either one

Line them up at the bottom under frame and ghost (see my tag)

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "nq-element 32" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place at the bottom left under frame

Hit Delete

Copy/Paste "nq-element 36" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place anywhere inside the frame

Hit delete (only if it's got parts showing over the frame)

DESELECT

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize if needed

Place over the frame.

Selections tool

Delete the part that's showing over the bottom of the frame

Copy/Paste "nq-element 34" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place over the center of the bottom of the frame

Copy/Paste "nq-element 26" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the left side of frame

Copy/Paste "nq-element 25" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Place on the bottom right of tag

Copy/Paste "nq-element 37" as a new layer

Resize 40%

Place on the bottom left corner of tag

Crop/Resize your tag

Add your name and copyright info and you're done!
