Tube of Choice - I'm using tubes by Elias Chatzoudis
You can buy his tubes at PTE
ScrapKit called "Tickled Pink" by TammyKat.
You can buy it at PimpMyTagsWithScraps
Open a new
image 600 x 600
Open
tk-tickledpink-frame3
Copy -
Paste as new layer
Magic Wand
- Tolerance and Feather both 0
Select
inside all frames Selections - Modify - Expand - 5
Open

Copy -
Paste as new layer
Move it
under the frame layer
Selections
- invert - delete
Don't
deselect just yet.
Open the
tube (s) you're using - position inside the frame - when you're satisfied with
the position, hit delete
Change the
blend mode on the tube(s) layer to Hard Light
Open

Copy -
Paste as new layer
Resize -
85 percent
Move the
splatter so that it's under the other layers
Position
to the left side of your tag
Duplicate
- Image - Mirror
Open
tk-tickledpink-brickbg-pink
Copy and
paste as new layer - move above the splatter layer
Image -
Resize - 85 percent
Open
tk-tickledpink-skullcharm1 - Copy and Paste as new layer above frame
Image -
Resize 85 percent and place on right side of frame
Open

Move to
bottom of the frame
Open

Resize - 60 percent
Image -
Free Rotate - Left - 10 degrees - All Layers And Rotate single Layer UNCHECKED
Open
tk-tickledpink-lollyblack2 - Copy and Paste

Resize - 60 percent
Image -
Free Rotate - Right - 10 degrees - All Layers And Rotate single Layer UNCHECKED
Open
tk-tickledpink-paperflower-black - Copy and Paste as new layer
Image
Resize - 60 percent
I put mind
over the lolly sticks
Open
tk-tickledpink-paperflower2-pink - Copy Paste as new layer
Image -
Resize - 60 percent
Place a
little over the black flower but not so much that it's covering it
Open tube
of choice and copy and paste as new layer
I resized
mine 80 percent
Crop and
resize if needed.
Add proper
copyrights and your name.
And that's
it!
