Open a new image 700 x 700

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Paper 10" as a new layer

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Find WSL_Mask105 and hit Load

Merge Group

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Splatter" as a new layer

Duplicate

Move one to the left and one to the right (they should be visible under the frame)

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Wordart" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Frame" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Magic Wand

Select inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Paper 3" as a new layer under the frame

Selections - Invert - Delete

Deselect

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Place it over the frame where you like it

With your selections tool,

Select the (bottom) part of your tube that you want under the frame

Selection - Promote Selection to layer

On the original tube layer, Hit delete

Select None

Drag this below the frame and erase any part that's showing below the frame

Add a drop Shadow to frame

V&H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Teddy" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the right of tag

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Pipe" as a new layer

Place it in front of the Teddy

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Lollipop" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 20 degrees to the right

Drag under the Teddy

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Leaf" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 20 degrees to the left

Place on the left side of frame

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Cupcake" as a new layer

Resize 50%

Drag under Teddy layer

Place next to Teddy

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Butterfly" as a new layer

Drag under the cupcake layer

Resize 60%

Place over the leaf

Copy/Paste "Kristin - Smokin Hot - Candy" as a new layer under the cupcake

Resize 40%

Image - Mirror

Place over the bottom of the butterfly

Crop/Resize your tag

Magic Wand Tool

Select inside the frame

Dont deselect

Copy/Paste "ground" as a new layer under the frame

drag it to the bottom of frame

Copy/Paste "House" as a new layer under the frame

Copy/Paste "grass" as a new layer over the house

Hit Delete on all three layers

Copy/Paste "mailbox" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place over the grass

Copy/Paste "deadbranches" as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place on left of frame

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Resize as needed and place on the left of frame

Copy/Paste "grail" as a new layer

Move to the right of frame

Copy/Paste "spiderweb" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Drag under the tube and grail layers and place at the top of frame

Copy/Paste "rose3" as a new layer

Place at the bottom of tag

Copy/Paste "skulls1" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place on the right (see my tag)

Copy/Paste "cat" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Mirror

Move the cat to the bottom right

Copy/Paste "cloud1" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Drag to the bottom layer and to the right

Crop/Resize

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Find your mask of choice

Hit Load

Merge Group

Copy/Paste "frame 3" as a new layer

Magic Wand tool - Select inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "paper 8" as a new layer under the frame

Selections - Invert - Delete

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Arrange it over the frame 

Grab your selections tool

Select the part of the tube you want to appear inside of the frame

(I selected the bottom part)

Promote selection to layer

On the tube layer hit delete

Select none

On the promoted selection layer, 

Select the bottom part of the tube that is visible under the frame

Hit delete

Select None

Copy/Paste "wire 2" as a new layer

Duplicate

Pull one up a little and the other down a bit 

Drag them under the frame layers

Copy/Paste "speaker" as a new layer

Move to the left of the frame

Copy/Paste "cupcake 3" as a new layer

Resize 70%

Place in front of the speaker

Copy/Paste "lilacs" as a new layer

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 25 degrees to the left

Place it on the bottom right of the frame

Copy/Paste "kitten 2" as a new layer

Resize 80%

Place in the bottom center of the frame

Copy/Paste "camera" as a new layer

Place on the right side in front of the lilacs

Copy/Paste "roses 2" as a new layer

Image - Mirror

Drag behind the lilacs

Copy/Paste "microphone" as a new layer

Place on the left

Grab your Picture Tube Tool

Find Grass 01 - Scale: 50 Step: 500

Fill the bottom half of your canvas by clicking around a few times

New Raster Layer

Flood Fill with a color of choice (I used #6ab7ee to make it more sky-like)

Effects- Muras Meister - Cloud

In the preset menu, find "fog" and hit ok

Drag this under the grass and merge visible

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk

Find WSL_Mask003

Hit Load

Merge Group

Copy/Paste "nq-element 12" as  a new layer

Resize 80%

Magic Wand tool

Click inside the frame

Selections - Modify - Expand - 4

Copy/Paste "nq-paper 1" as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete

Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer

Arrange inside the frame

Hit Delete

Deselect

Effects - Xero - Radiance - Default settings

Add a drop shadow to the frame

V&H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Hide the mask layer

Merge Visible the frame, tube and paper

Unhide the mask layer

Resize 80%

Resize the frame layer 80%

Move both down just a little

Copy/Paste "nq-element 5" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Image - Mirror

Place on the top left corner of frame

Copy/Paste "nq-element 20" as a new layer

Resize 60% TWICE

Place over the tube in the frame

Change the Blend mode to Multiply

Copy/Paste "nq-element 55" as a new layer

Resize 60%

Place on the bottom left of frame

Drop Shadow

Copy/Paste "nq-element 53" as a new layer

Move to the top of the canvas and drag it below the frame layer

Move to the left side of tag

Copy/Paste your tube again

Resize and add drop shadow

V&H: 0

Opacity: 100

Blur: 2

Color: Black

Copy/Paste "CCS_E25" as a new layer

Image - Free Rotate - Rotate 15 degrees to the left

Drag it behind the bottom layer (see my tag)

Place over the bottom part of your tube

Move to the left side of tag
